    Hi, you say you can’t change the plug and overflow? But my question is what happens if the waste or the cable from the overflow to the plug breaks ( which they can do overtime). Do you have it replace the whole bath???Our Advice

    If there are any faults with the bath, we are always happy to replace the product as long as it's in the guarantee period.

    Could you please supply a picture of the side which backs on to the wall. My bathroom will only be 1720mm long so I don’t have much room to manoeuvre. I’d also like to see what the waste drainaway looks like please- thanksOur Advice

    Unfortunately, we do not have a photo but we can advise that there is no panel on that side, as for the waste trap, you can see a picture of it on our website SKU: 30717611

    No, this is all integrated so this cannot be changed

    I have purchased this bath but cant find any taps that will fit as the side is so thick. Any suggestions or help??Our Advice

    It should work with all UK standard taps.

    How do you remove the surround so I can plumb the taps and waste?Our Advice

    The sides are unable to be removed for the plumbing. The taps and waste will need to ideally be plumbed in with Flexi pipes from under the bath and the open back of the bath.

    HI, is the bath fitted with panels, and can the taps being fitted on one side of the deck?Our Advice

    This item an all in one bath and the taps can be fitted onto one side of the deck.

    We do not do a screen that would work with this back with it being a back to wall bath.
