Hello! As you're here, you're looking for some answers to all the important bits and bobs, right? Before we get started, word of advice, please do not arrange any installation work until you have received and checked your products. We advise this because, in the unusual case that there is a problem with your products or delivery, we don’t want you unnecessarily paying for plumbers or installers. Any good plumber or installer should be happy to check you have all the requisite products before they start working on any project for you, so it shouldn't take up too much time. Better to be safe than sorry!
