Order Handling
We offer two delivery services depending on the size and contents of your order.
For smaller orders weighing less than 60kg and not including ceramic or furniture items, we use DHL's leave-safe service which allows for convenient delivery without requiring your presence on the delivery day. On the day of the expected delivery, DHL will provide you with an estimated delivery window
For larger orders or orders that include ceramic or furniture items, we use a two-person delivery service. Your goods will be delivered carefully as loose loads to a room of your choice up to the third floor. You will receive an estimated delivery window, the night before your expected delivery.
Please note that collection orders are not available for online orders. If you wish to place an order for collection, please visit one of our showrooms. However, we are unable to offer same-day collections. To see a list of our Showrooms, please click here
Damages on delivery
Please make sure to inspect your delivery thoroughly upon receipt. If you notice any visible signs of damage, please sign for the delivery as 'damaged' and take photographs.
Please note that any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
We request that you check your entire order as we can only accept one claim per order.
Once you have checked your full order, please report your damage using this form or by contacting Customer Service
Delivery restrictions
Please inform us of any access restrictions to your property to ensure suitable arrangements can be made. This includes but is not limited to, narrow or weight-restricted roads, properties situated on steep inclines, and any instance that may pose a challenge due to health and safety precautions.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver to your chosen address due to access or vehicle restrictions, we will make every effort to contact you at the earliest opportunity. Our team will discuss suitable alternative delivery options with you, ensuring minimal disruption and inconvenience.
Missed delivery and cancellations
If no one is present at the property upon delivery and a new delivery date is required, a fee of £40.00 will be charged to re-book your delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, should you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of £40.00 will apply.
If your delivery is refused, a fee of £40.00 applies.
