Radiator awesome bathroommountain.co.uk and Nada from customer service awesome. Delivery team worst experience. Rang the bell ditched the radiator by wall and an open TRV package with missing TRVS. Bathroommountain.co.uk sorted all out and gave me a refund for the Missing items.

Looks good but a pain to pipe up from a normal double radiator which was 600 x 600 so had to change pipes to fit. Also purchased the 300 mm Gray pipes with thermostat valves which look great but be aware have to use compression fittings under the floor. But looks and works great.

Lovely radiator

We ordered 2 of these but made a mistake in ordering both of them in Anthracite. When we asked to return one in exchange for a white one the company wasn’t overly helpful. They told us to send one back at our own cost and that we had to sort it out. I accept that this was our mistake and also accept the return cost but we needed their help to organise the collection/return, which I don’t think was too much to ask especially as we were buying a white one. Lovely radiator but substandard customer support.

I extensively researched radiators for our renovation project and this was by far the best in terms of BTU for it's size. Not installed yet but quality looks great. Very happy.

As been described. We had this type of Radiator in the rest of the house. Looks very nice. Because of a situation/stoke we needed to do some exchange. Asma from Customer Service Supervisor was the best person how offer me support and advice. And she change plus add some things that I was needed. I felt very supportive and always she was very kind.
