    The spout is fixed and you would use the thermostatic controls to turn this on or off.

    Can you get an extension for the shower? I’m 6ft and I can’t stand underneath it and don’t want to place it higher as it looks stupid. Please help Our Advice

    I'm afraid we dont have extensions for the riser rail.

    Hi Does this extend from 800 should there be an extension bar or is it all in one. As my husband is 6ft & the bath taps go to high & looks odd. Our Advice

    So it is adjustable from 800mm-1180mm

    How do I get the hand shower to work? I turn it one way for the main shower, I turn it the other way and it comes out of the tap to fill the bath? I can’t see to get the hand shower to come on?Our Advice

    The toggle dial for turning the shower on should turn the opposite way to turn on the hand shower.
