    What does the Easy clean glass with water-repelling properties for easy maintenance mean? What am I safe to clean it with? And does water repelling stuff it has on the glass come off? We’ve purchased this shower cubicle and it is gorgeous, no problem fitting it and it works like a dream. The first few times we didn’t squeegee it and it dried perfect but now you can see marks on the glass so I’ve just started to squeegee it. I want to know best way to keep it looking gorgeous. There were no instructions for cleaning in the box. I believe my husband has put a review on your website as we bought other stuff. Please help Regards Diane Thornhill Our Advice

    The easy clean finish is a non-stick polymer coating on the glass. This creates a barrier against limescale and other forms of water-related build-up and makes it easier to keep clean.

    My inclosure 1000x800 black offset quadrant Hamburg was fitted and little covers for 4 screws in corners were not present in pack or not fitted by plumber 6weeks ago resulting in ceiling leak. Can I get a new set from somewhere thanks grahamOur Advice

    We are trying to install this shower enclosure but couldn’t figure how is the profile adjustable on each end. It’s just not sitting right with the same size (1200x800) shower tray. Are we missing some parts. Please help!Our Advice

    Hi, what is the radius of the curve, is this a standard 550 radii, if so can I use any shower tray 1200 by 800 offset quadrant with a 550 radii, the trays you have have waste in bad place as it hits a joist, hence why I would need to use a different supplier for the tray where waste is in a more suitable place for my installation thanks Our Advice

    Yes, the curve is the standard 550 and this shower enclosure will fit inside any British Standard 1200x800 quadrant shower encloser

    Where the doors open are they still on a track at the bottom or do they run free? Current enclosure track stops at edge of fixed glass - hopeless!!Our Advice

    The doors run on double rollers across the frame for smooth opening
