Workmen just finished en-suite and said if made a great choice with shower door????

Once installed, it's OK, but I wouldn't buy it again. The packaging was totally inadequate, and it's a miracle the glass was in one piece. The aluminium is so thin that there were dents and warps from transit. They had to be bent back into shape, but you can still see them in the light. The hinges have plastic caps that go over the top for mainly cosmetic purposes. These are all way too loose. Not sure whether to glue them on - might have to, which is not ideal. The absolute worst thing though is the instructions. They are the worst instructions I've ever encountered. Some of the illustrations look nothing like the items, and the diagrams are way too fiddly with virtually no supporting text.

Excellent item very happy with purchase

Everything was delivered when stated and very good service. The product itself was very well made and easy to fit. Very solid when fitted and looks great. Wouldn't hesitate to order from Bathroom Mountain again.

Lovely shower door

First, beautiful shower door, great quality and great value. But most importantly, the customer service I received when a small issue needed resolving, well...Gina and Khadija resolved it so quickly and so respectfully that I was truly surprised. Cannot recommend highly enough. In fact my mother is now placing an order too! It's always such a worry when you have contractors lined up and you don't know what time or condition your products will arrive in. Turned out there was some minor damage during shipping, but it was all sorted out super quick and without quibble of any kind. I wish all UK customer service was like this! Thanks again!!
