Haven’t experienced it working yet as it’s still to be fitted, but it looks amazing. The finish is lovely and the design makes it much easier to put towels on. I was kept well informed about the delivery, and it arrived well packaged with a very helpful delivery driver. I just hope that one day an alternative to polystyrene can be found
