    No, it does not. The inhibitor fluid comes in its own bottle.

    It doesn't have a timer.

    Can the heating element be installed at the top of the radiator(closer to the ceiling)? Also is this pre-filled?Our Advice

    We would advise installing it at the bottom for the best results.

    You would need a T piece connector and a couple of valves for the radiator.
