Really like this mirror. Looks classy, just need to wait for the electrician to come to wire it in. The cabinet arrived in good time. I've purchased from Bathroom Mountain before and I'm impressed at how well the items are packaged and the speed that they are delivered.

Excellence Service and delivery went smoothly. Product is yet to be tested but came in very good packaging with no breakages.

Online return process is hellish - the worst, most time consuming and multilayered process designed to exaust you into keeping the product. They do not provide details of how to return without navigating their process (so far its been 3 days of attempting to get return details and still not further on) They do not accept store returns so postage to return is excessive and unavoidable. Most people who order online do so as lives are busy, lesson learned - avoid online, save time and shop instore!

I shopped around for an LED Mirror cabinet with the ‘Wow’ factor. This Willow illuminated cabinet is stunning and has finished off our bathroom renovation perfectly. There was a crack on the internal mirror when we unpacked it and the team at Bathroom Mountain arranged a replacement that day that arrived on a Sunday in time for our tradesman to fit. Delighted with the product and customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Delivered overnight: the delivery guy waited whilst I checked the contents to ensure all in good order. I’ve yet to have it installed but looks great! Incredible service.

Fast delivery of the cabinet, unfortunately the unit was faulty. Called customer care, emailed some pictures of the fault. They dealt with it swiftly and sent another cabinet. The cabinet itself is good quality. Overall happy.
